Job Role
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and strengthening dealer and institutional networks.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and proven leadership in managing teams and sales operations.
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve business plan objectives in terms of volume growth, product mix, profitability, and market share.
- Lead and manage the dealer network, ensuring effective channel performance, expansion, and partner engagement.
- Drive institutional sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
- Plan, develop, and execute sales promotion and marketing strategies to support business goals.
- Ensure effective cost and resource management to enhance overall sales efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to track trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights for refining go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall business strategy.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience:
- 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or channel management, with at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
