HDB Financial Services - Senior Manager - Analytics

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, data scientists, and business intelligence professionals.

- Design and oversee implementation of analytical models and data solutions.

- Work with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop analytical approaches.

- Present actionable insights to senior management and drive strategic initiatives.

- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization tools for performance tracking.

- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement using analytics.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- 8-12 years of experience, proficient in SQL, Python, familiar with Tableau, exposure to any Martech tool would be an advantage (Engagement or Retention platforms/ MMPs /CRM/ CDP).

- Would work closely with other stakeholders for database management for campaigns,

Technical Skills:

- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.

- Working knowledge of statistical and ML algorithms like Clustering, Regression, Ensemble techniques, Naive Bayes classifiers, Neural networks is a big advantage.
