Product Manager - Micro Lending (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. All MIS for collection and sales needs to be prepared on a daily basis .

2. Monthly/ Weekly deck preparation for MD meeting .

3. Incentive process and proposal making and delivery .

4. Interaction with all team members from sales to IT to credit team for process smoothening .

5. New product & process launch.

6. Sales issue resolution with exterior team

Must haves:

1. Strong excel skills .

2. Understanding of LOS systems and process flows in micro finance .

3. Strong vocabulary/ Communication and inter personal skills .

4, Must have at least 5-6 years experience in the product domain . Sales experience/ Credit experience in micro finance is an additional advantage.

5. High analytical skills .
