- The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth in HDB's Existing Borrower business across all product lines primarily using its digital assets - Website, App, DIY Journeys,
- The incumbent will work with Product Managers across products to increase the % of business coming in from existing borrowers.
- The incumbent a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Plan and execute all Xsell programs using - digital marketing- including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media and display advertising campaigns, telecalling , DIY, push to branches where needed
- Implement Martech tools
- Measure and report performance of Existing borrower business - % change, value, conversion % , conversion by vintage etc
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns, focus on business KPIs which the network is aligned to.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end xsell campaigns across multiple modes of interaction - DIY, Mail, Web, SMS.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Strong expertise in Customer Acquisition, Retention and Engagement
- Experience in managing DIY journeys.
