- The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth in HDB's business across all its digital assets - Website, App.
- The incumbent a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Implement Martech tools.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content, augment digital assets and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Bachelor's/ Post graduate degree in Marketing or related field (tech graduates preferred).
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing - preferably in D2C brands.
- Should have implemented a martech solution , direct to customer campaigns.
