Role & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for defining and maintaining the brand's positioning strategy, and ensuring creativity in branding, marketing, and other customer-facing materials. This includes supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency.
- To be responsible for Strategy-developing and executing strategies to strengthen the brand's identity and reputation, and to position it for growth.
- To be responsible for Media planning -TV, Print, Digital, Meta/GOOGLE etc
- To work closely with the advertising agency to deliver on the above.
- To be responsible for Research - Keeping up with customer trends and looking towards future ones through market research, analyzing competitor brands, and studying consumer behavior
- To be responsible for Analysis - Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports, and conducting yearly brand audits with stakeholders to review output.
- To be responsible for recommending strategies, organizing product launches and promotional events, managing marketing executives, and assisting with retail packaging and in-store marketing displays.
- Strong expertise in brand management, marketing strategy, and media planning.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Meta and Google. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with advertising agencies
- Experience with Martech tools is helpful
