Role : DM/Manager - Partnership and Alliances
Role & responsibilities:
- Identifying and on boarding of new partners for business enhancement.
- Getting existing and new partners to generate leads and ensure partner customers are able to complete the DIY journey.
- Ensure to meet the top line and bottom line target numbers.
- Coordination with middle ware providers to ensure smooth day to day disbursal of cases.
- Portfolio management of cases sourced through designated partners.
- Ensuring smooth disbursement process and resolution of discrepancies within agreed TAT.
- Ensuring timely payments of Partner Invoice and following up with Partner for FLDG Claims.
- Handling customer escalations received at customer support centres and providing resolution by arranging feedback from Fintech Partners/internal approvals if any.
- Co-coordinating with Fintech Partners and COPS for POS reconciliation and tracking closures/cancellation.
- Publishing business MIS internally and with Fintech Partners on daily basis.
- Regularly monitoring the pendency's, getting them resolved to ensure timely disbursements and identifying the gaps and train the partners to avoid repeated errors.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
