Job Role.
- Interact regularly with Territory Managers/ Sales Managers to set targets achieve required sales for cross sell Business Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation selling skills
- Make joint calls with sales team, if required
- Training for competence development of Territory Managers/Sales Managers
- Driving Sales Processes
- Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.
- Provide effective inputs improve business performance

- Transform overall business plan into actionable sales targets and execution plan for area under control.
- Expand sales network in new and targeted locations to achieve desired level of penetration
- Gather and analyze market intelligence.
- Provide inputs to improve product offerings.
- Build effective plans to improve sales operations
- Build , monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans.
- Consistently monitor sales process to improve existing process.
