About the Role:

- We are looking for a result-oriented Agency Manager to oversee, manage, and drive performance across our external collection agencies for the assigned delinquent portfolio.


- The role requires strong operational control, adherence to compliance processes, and the ability to optimize productivity of field resources while ensuring timely and quality collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise external collection agencies to ensure monthly collection targets are met for the allocated delinquent portfolio.

- Drive agencies toward achieving defined milestones and monitor performance through regular reviews.

- Ensure 100% field visits on allocated cases and timely trail updates on the mobile app.

- Ensure agency compliance with all process guidelines, mobile app updates, documentation norms, and audit requirements.


- Track e-receipts, verify deposit accuracy, and ensure timely money deposition by the agency.

- Highlight suspicious or fraudulent cases to the FCU team promptly.

- Facilitate route planning and provide data-driven insights to optimize productivity of field resources.

- Perform regular analysis of delinquency trends and take corrective actions to improve collection efficiency.

- Ensure agency billing, allocation management, I-card issuance, and mobile apprelated processes are completed on time.

- Manage the assigned portfolio with a focus on reducing delinquency levels.

- Ensure all collections and allocations follow the companys process and compliance framework.

- Maintain cost efficiency while maximizing recovery and reducing roll rates.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of collection processes, agency management, and data management.

- High level of self-drive, ownership, and ability to work with field teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume portfolios.

Experience:

- 3-6 years of experience in Collections, Agency Management, or Recoveries within BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services.

- Prior experience handling delinquent portfolios and managing field agencies is highly preferred.
