HCM Payroll & OTL Consultant

Role Overview:

As an HCM Payroll & OTL Consultant, you will serve as the primary functional architect for complex global payroll and time-tracking implementations. You will partner directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional HRIS teams to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, automated Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Your work will directly influence the operational efficiency of large-scale enterprises, ensuring seamless compliance, accurate time reporting, and error-free payroll processing for thousands of employees. By bridging the gap between technical configuration and business strategy, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the human capital management lifecycle for our high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules.

- Analyze business requirements and provide effective functional solutions.

- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll and time management requirements.

- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

- Work closely with business users and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and OTL.

- Hands-on experience in Fast Formulas (Mandatory & Key Requirement).

- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM concepts and processes.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Implementation experience for clients in Qatar, UAE (Dubai), and KSA.

- Understanding of Middle East payroll processes and compliance requirements.
