Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President - SAP Solutions Head to lead our global SAP transformation initiatives. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with extensive SAP expertise, proven experience in large-scale transformation programs, and a passion for innovation and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Solution Ownership:

- Define and execute HCLTech's global SAP solution strategy aligned with market trends and client needs.

- Drive solution innovation and ensure delivery excellence across all SAP engagements.

Market Engagement & Deal Leadership:

- Lead front-end client engagements, presenting strategic SAP solutions and driving business growth.

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and secure large-scale SAP projects.

SAP Ecosystem & Partnership Management:

- Maintain senior-level relationships with SAP regional and global leadership.

- Foster strategic partnerships within the SAP ecosystem to enhance solution offerings.

Solution Excellence & Delivery Alignment:

- Govern pre-sales quality and ensure solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.

- Oversee delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Thought Leadership & Practice Development:

- Champion innovation narratives around S/4HANA, BTP, AI, Joule, Industry Cloud, and Sustainability.

- Develop and promote best practices, methodologies, and thought leadership within the SAP community.

Qualifications:

- 20+ years of SAP experience with a strong background in consulting, transformation, and presales leadership.

- Proven track record of winning and delivering large SAP transformation or RISE programs (>$25M+).

- Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and manage complex client relationships.

Required Skills:

- Strategic thinker with the ability to align SAP's roadmap to client business needs.
