Identifying client pain points and creating win themes for proposals, managing the bid process of coordinating with multiple stakeholders for solution development, commercials and bid response and defence. - Business Experience Design - Assess and build customer journey maps, benchmark practices for enhancing customer experience (internal &amp; external), identify alternative business and revenue models, for both B2B &amp; B2C industries - Digital Strategy - Formulate Digital strategy to impact key business metrics, prior experience in development of digital ecosystem. Business process study, business/ enterprise architecture, gap analysis, IT landscapes, knowledge of best-in-class solutions, business case preparation Preferred Skills - Passionate about Digital - Design, Mobility, User experience, Analytics Big data and Information Management, Web Technologies, Digital Marketing, Cloud Computing and Social Media. - Self-starter, who is able to collaborate, contribute actively with others in a cross-functional team and ability to deal with ambiguity and change - Should have prior proven presales/sales experience &amp; should have worked on multiple RFPs across industries like - CPG, Retail, Telecom and M&amp;E [not exhaustive] - Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and build a point of view on digital - Maintain &amp; create existing marketing collaterals like brochures &amp; product decks as per Business requirements - Skill to build relationships with new accounts/customers &amp; create revenues by way of product or service sales Qualifications and Education Requirements - 4-5 years- experience with 3+ years of experience in sales/pre-sales/consulting activities - Preferable education: MBA Degree from a Prestigious MBA College [Tier -1] - Excellent communication and presentation Skills
