Follow HCL Infosystems on Twitter at @HCLScribes  Job Responsibilities  - Preparing proposals as per end customer needs, responding to queries, preparing BOQ etc.  - Understanding customer's business domain, designing solutions, creating and presenting customized HCL capabilities to prospects and existing clients.  - Presenting and articulating the features and benefits of solution to the customers.  - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product stacks and to be able to position solutions.  - Create & execute adoption programs (O365/Azure) with Customers.   - Developing solutions that meet customer requirements, ensure seamless deployment, and advance the sale.  Required Experience/Skills   - Total 4-8 years of experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Cloud computing technologies, Azure, Messaging and Office 365 infrastructure.  - Relevant experience in engaging with clients in various sectors like BFSI, Manufacturing, M&E, Retail etc.   - Experience in Azure/O365 POCs and workshops.  - Experience with executing quick technical feasibility and proposal development for moving identified workloads to Azure  - Good knowledge on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 / 2010 / 2013 & 2016, Office 365 (exchange online, Skype for business online, One Drive, SharePoint), Hybrid Exchange environment.  - Good understanding of Active Directory 2008, 2012 R2  - Knowledge and experience of MS Products pricing and commercial models and how to optimize for a given engagement or use case.  - Knowledge on Office 365 Migration tools, virtualization technologies etc.   Competencies required   - Strong organizational and management skills.  - Ability to meet and establish deadlines.  - Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  - Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.  - High level of Commercial & Business acumen  - Articulation and communication  Preferred : Certifications in Azure/O365
