Job Description: Manager - Strategy and Special Project

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join the CEOs Office at HCL Healthcare. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive special projects and key strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and performance monitoring across business units. This is a high-visibility role suited for someone passionate about healthcare and eager to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities:

- Support in the development and execution of corporate strategy, business plans, and OKRs

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions

- Assist in identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and new business models

- Business Operations & Program Management

- Drive execution of high-impact cross-functional projects and track performance metrics

- Create dashboards, presentations, and reports for leadership and board-level meetings

- Work with business, product, tech, finance, and operations teams to align on goals and initiatives

Decision Support & Analytics:

- Develop data-driven insights using internal and external data sources

- Prepare business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives

- Support M&A/partnership evaluations, due diligence, and integration planning

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate across functions including Clinical, Technology, Finance, and HR

- Interface with external consultants, partners, and vendors as required

- Ensure timely execution and communication of key decisions

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Exposure to the healthcare industry (providers, diagnostics, healthtech, pharma) preferred

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including comfort with Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders

- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
