Job Description: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Business Finance

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Controller to join our team. This role involves managing financial reporting, key account finance, and commercial oversight while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and segmented reporting, guide teams on transaction processing and account reconciliations.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance drivers.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.

- Develop business models and commercial proposals for new and existing opportunities.

- Manage financial relationships with key clients, ensuring account profitability and strategic alignment.

- Oversee customer and vendor contract management, including pricing negotiations and compliance with commercial clauses.

- Monitor project P&Ls, ensure budget compliance, and implement strategies to improve margins.

- Support the development and implementation of financial controls across teams.

- Lead budgeting, financial planning, rolling forecasts, and financial ratio analysis.

- Partner with sales and operations to support new initiatives and provide line-level service P&L insights.

- Drive continuous improvement and automation in financial processes.

Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing Business Finance

Educational Qualification: CA

Skills and Competencies

- Familiarity with healthcare systems and terminology is preferred.
