We have a few positions for Program Officers/ Block Program Officers with HCL Foundation.- http://www.hcl.com/sites/default/files/Economic-Times-Page-12-Friday-05-September-2014.pdf  The person will be working in Uttar Pradesh  - Plan, design and implement field and action research like Needs Assessment Studies, Impact Assessment Studies, Proposal Evaluation Studies, etc. that will include travelling in villages/towns for data collection, designing research tools, data entry and writing analytic reports   - Develop relationship and create partnerships with NGOs, Research Institutes, Government bodies relevant to the CSR field   - Setting up or supporting the community groups, Identify households and needs related to health, education, infrastructure etc   - Ensure a regular communication of project key successes and evolution internally, for customers and for the broader public in general   - Identify opinion leaders & local resources for increased participation from the community   - Mobilize & train field workers   A PG from a reputed institute in Social Service will be an added advantage.   Kopal Khanna  HR- HCL
