Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr VP/VP Finance and Accounts, based in Mumbai.

- The Sr VP/VP Finance and Accounts will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

- Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing investment strategies, leading financial audits, and supervising the financial team.

- They will also be involved in strategic decision-making processes to maximize growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

- Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting skills.

- Experience in Financial Regulations Compliance and Investment Strategies.

- Skills in leading Financial Audits and Team Supervision.

- Strategic Decision-Making and Analytical skills.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.

- Relevant finance or accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
