hBits - Senior Vice President - Fundraising

About the role:

As part of our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced fundraising professional to build and manage institutional capital relationships and support the capital requirements associated with hBits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fundraising initiatives to support the Investment Manager's capital requirements for Debt & Equity.

- Raise equity and debt capital from Private Equity Funds, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, Strategic Investors, Banks, and Debt Funds.

- Build and manage long-term relationships with institutional investors, lenders and capital partners.

- Lead the complete fundraising lifecycle-from investor identification and pitching to due diligence, negotiations and financial closure.

- Prepare investment presentations, financial models, fundraising materials and investor communication.

- Work closely with senior leadership on capital planning, transaction execution and strategic partnerships.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8-10 years of experience in Capital Raising, Institutional Fundraising, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Structured Finance or Real Estate Investments.

- Proven track record of successfully raising both equity and debt capital.

- Strong relationships with Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds, Family Offices, Banks, Debt Funds, and Institutional Investors.

- Experience in structuring and closing fundraising transactions.

- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
