Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate

Openings: Multiple (Team Leader, Sales Manager, Sr. Sales Manager)

Experience Required: 2-4 years (Residential Sales)

Location: Noida, Sector-2

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Drive sales of residential real estate projects through effective client acquisition and deal closures.

- Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and present suitable property options.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize high-value deals.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and enhance sales strategies.

- Track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Provide regular market insights and competitor updates to management.

- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through transparent communication.

Core Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales.

- Proven track record of achieving target-based sales.

- Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under deadlines.

- Knowledge of the Noida/Jewar real estate market will be an added advantage.
