
Job Overview:
As a Creative Lead Design, your role is to lead a team of designers in creating innovative, user-centric, and visually appealing ecommerce experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Execute digital campaigns and ad banners supporting ecommerce and marketing initiatives, conveying the brands' creative strategy across platforms such as Amazon/ or other Marketplace.
- Provide art and design direction to the team, taking a hands-on approach to content creation.
- Oversee the creation of compelling, effective e-commerce designs that enhance the customer.
- Lead and manage a team of designers, including training, performance management, and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Review and provide feedback on design concepts, wireframes, and final deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and platforms, including desktop and mobile.
- Lead creative ideation, brainstorming sessions, develop and implement master designs that align with the brief's objectives.
- Align creative concept and designs with a strategic team Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitiveness in the ecommerce space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as strategy, client servicing to ensure cohesive design solutions that meet business needs.
- Generate innovative visuals based on client briefs and brand assets.
- Build relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and brand identity.
- Present work in client-ready presentations and directly to clients.
- Understand client businesses and Liquid's retail strategy to inform creative decisions.
- Formulate and communicate the creative vision to both the team and clients effectively.
- Create engaging content for social media channels to promote the omnichannel experience.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of eCommerce design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and digital campaigns.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator.
