
About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Associate Director - Digital Planning, Client Servicing & Strategy to lead integrated digital strategy, campaign planning, and client relationships for high-impact accounts. This is a leadership role that requires deep expertise across digital platforms, audience insights, media strategy, and performance marketing. You will serve as the strategic partner to clients, driving business results through data-informed and insight-led digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, content, social, programmatic, and performance channels.
- Utilize data analytics, consumer behavior insights, and market trends to create innovative, audience-first strategies.
- Translate business objectives into actionable digital KPIs and measurable results.
Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
- Act as the senior strategic lead and primary point of contact for key client relationships.
- Drive strategic consultation, campaign performance reviews, and digital innovation for client growth.
- Lead presentations, business reviews, and co-create roadmaps for account expansion and success.
Campaign Management & Performance Optimization:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across platforms like Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, DV360, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, performance, and analytics teams to ensure integrated and effective execution.
- Provide ongoing campaign insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital strategists, planners, and account managers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance within the team.
- Ensure quality, timely, and budget-aligned delivery of all client deliverables.
Key Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, planning, or client servicing roles; agency background preferred.
- Strong expertise in media planning and buying across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Amazon Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Proven track record in delivering full-funnel digital campaigns, including performance marketing, audience - segmentation, attribution, and optimization.
- Exceptional client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing high-performing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
