Position : Officer - Assistant Manager (Regulatory & Corporate Affairs)

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled legal professional to manage regulatory compliance and corporate affairs related to FSSAI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FSSAI laws and procedures, proven experience in litigation management, contract management, and excellent drafting skills. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth compliance and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all FSSAI-related litigation and regulatory issues.
- Manage the procedure and steps for re-analysis of samples drawn by FSSAI authorities.
- Draft and respond to all notices, including improvement notices, issued by FSSAI.
- Represent the company in adjudication proceedings initiated by FSSAI authorities.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI rules, tribunal procedures, and legal requirements under the FSSAI Act.

Candidate Profile:
Education:
Graduate in Law (LLB) - Postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in legal and regulatory affairs.

- In-depth knowledge of FSSAI laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Skills:
- Strong managerial and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and drafting abilities.
- Ability to manage litigation and contract negotiations effectively.
