HatchLab Innovations - Executive Assistant - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a high-potential Strategic partner to work closely with the Director's Office and drive key strategic initiatives across the organization. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional projects, and organizational decision-making. The associate will act as a central coordination point between leadership and various business units, ensuring strategic priorities are executed effectively. This position is ideal for candidates who are analytical, structured, and aspire to grow into leadership roles in strategy, operations, or business management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support to Director's Office

- Support the Director in tracking strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.

- Prepare business briefs, presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership reviews.

Program & Project Management

- Track milestones, deliverables, and action items across departments.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with leadership priorities.

Business Operations & Coordination

- Organize leadership meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking.

- Facilitate communication between the Director's Office and various stakeholders.

Decision Support

- Support leadership with structured analysis, documentation, and strategic inputs.

Candidate Profile

Education

- MBA from IIMs / Top Tier Business Schools

- Prior experience in top consulting firms, startups, or reputed MNCs preferred

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to handle ambiguity and drive execution
