About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant for the position of Senior Manager for our Business Support Services (BSS) vertical. This role involves overseeing client delivery in areas such as accounting, tax compliance, payroll, MIS reporting and audit-related functions. The ideal candidate will have to bring both technical expertise and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage BSS engagements, including outsourced finance functions, statutory compliance and payroll.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Develop and mentor a high-performing team to ensure quality service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws (GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.).

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a CA firm or consulting setup (preferably Big 4).

- Strong understanding of Indian accounting and compliance frameworks.

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client accounts.

- Excellent communication, client-handling, and organisational skills.
