About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant for the position of Senior Manager for our Business Support Services (BSS) vertical.
- This role involves overseeing client delivery in areas such as accounting, tax compliance, payroll, MIS reporting and audit-related functions. The ideal candidate will have to bring both technical expertise and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BSS engagements, including outsourced finance functions, statutory compliance and payroll.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws (GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.).
Requirements:
- Qualified CA with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a CA firm or consulting setup (preferably Big 4).
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client accounts.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and organisational skills.
