About the Role:

- The Lead Product Owner is responsible for driving the product vision and strategy for blockchain-based applications, while also capturing detailed requirements and ensuring successful project delivery.

- This role balances long-term product planning with hands-on involvement in defining functional specifications, user stories, and workflows, ensuring that products meet business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership:

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Web3 solutions, including dApps, wallets, smart contracts, and decentralized identity systems.

- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, market trends, and user feedback.

- Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and user insights to inform continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate product decisions and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements & Project Delivery:

- Gather, document, and clarify detailed functional and non-functional requirements for multiple Web3 initiatives.

- Translate business objectives and stakeholder needs into actionable user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers, and proactively manage them to keep projects on track.

- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth execution.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for product- and project-related queries.

- Align cross-functional teams on goals, priorities, and timelines.

- Present updates and progress to leadership and stakeholders.

- Mentor junior Product Owners or team members in product strategy and requirement management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with proven experience in requirements gathering and project delivery.

- Strong experience managing both product strategy and execution simultaneously.

- Solid understanding of Web3 technologies: blockchain, smart contracts, wallets, dApps, decentralized identity (DID/SSI).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have:

- Experience with DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, DAOs, or tokenized ecosystems.

- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and Web3 user experience design.

- Exposure to scaling frameworks for Agile or distributed teams.

- Familiarity with Web3 developer tools and blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.
