Job Title: Deputy Manager Strategic Sourcing (Flavour & Fragrance Procurement).

Location: Chennai.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager Strategic Sourcing to lead global sourcing initiatives for Flavor & Fragrance vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for procurement professionals with strong sourcing expertise, supplier management capabilities, and experience in the chemical or F&F industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with global procurement objectives.

- Monitor market trends, supply risks, and industry developments.

- Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), supplier evaluations, and performance reviews.

- Identify, onboard, and manage primary and alternate suppliers.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.

- Drive cost optimization and risk mitigation initiatives.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, QC, and Commercial teams.

- Maintain benchmark pricing and costing standards.

- Manage SAP master data, MRP parameters, and vendor conditions.

- Coordinate with global procurement teams on sourcing strategies and raw material updates.

- Independently handle Indirect Procurement, Capex, and Project Procurement activities.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).

- Post-Graduation in Supply Chain / Operations (Preferred).

- 11-15 years of experience in Supply Chain / Procurement.

- Experience in Chemical or Flavour & Fragrance industry preferred.

- Strong analytical, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, MIS Reporting, and PowerPoint.

- Lean / Six Sigma / Process Excellence Certification preferred.
