Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, and other applicable laws.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks within the organization.
- Regulatory Liaison: Act as the point of contact for regulatory bodies like RBI, MCA, CKYC, CERSAI, CICs and SEBI.
- Experienced in uploading and downloading regulatory data on NeSL, CKYC, FIU, CERSAI, CIBIL, Equifax, Experian, CRIF portals for compliance, within regulatory deadlines.
- Audits & Inspections: Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Training & Awareness: Educate employees on compliance requirements and ethical practices.
- Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Experience: 5-8 years in compliance roles within NBFCs.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry regulations and risk management.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risks and implement effective compliance strategies.
