Role Overview
We are seeking a digital-first marketing professional who can elevate our online brand presence and create meaningful engagement with our audience. This role will require blending data-driven performance marketing with strong creative storytelling-leveraging social media, influencers, and content marketing to make the brand stand out in the premium dairy space.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute high-impact online campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and attract quality customers.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimise campaigns for maximum efficiency and measurable results across digital channels.
- Content & Social Media: Build and manage the brand's social media identity, producing visually compelling and relevant content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Influencer & Community Marketing: Identify, collaborate, and manage partnerships with influencers, food bloggers, and micro-creators.
- Creative Direction: Work closely with design/content teams to produce impactful ad creatives, videos, and reels aligned with the brand's premium positioning.
- Data & Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
- Market Bench-marking: Stay updated with industry trends, drawing inspiration from successful premium D2C brands.
- Retention & Engagement: Develop and implement digital initiatives such as email, WhatsApp marketing, and loyalty campaigns to engage and delight customers.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing for a D2C brand (FMCG or premium food experience preferred).
- Proficiency in performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, etc.).
- Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations.
- Understanding of digital funnels, audience targeting, and re-targeting.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
- Passion for sustainability, ethical food practices, and consumer-oriented marketing.
