Role: Individual Contributor: lead the development and lifecycle management of assigned IoT hardware products. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse current product performance data and gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in quality, functionality, and reliability. - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to design and implement optimizations - Develop and execute the product roadmap for IoT hardware devices - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine product vision. Qualifications: - 4-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on hardware and IoT devices; startup experience is a plus. -Strong understanding of hardware development processes, product lifecycle management, and IoT technologies. - Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using metrics to drive decision-making. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
