Job Overview:

HappyLocate, a leader in revolutionizing the relocation landscape, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Campaign Manager - Meta. This is a full-stack performance marketing role where you'll be instrumental in driving ROI through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate thrives on both high-level digital strategy and hands-on ad execution, equally comfortable devising data-backed strategies and rolling up their sleeves to implement, test, and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and own the end-to-end Meta ads strategy, ensuring it's directly aligned with key business goals such as lead generation, CAC reduction, and revenue growth.

- Translate overarching brand and product objectives into detailed paid advertising roadmaps and specific channel-specific KPIs.

- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities within the Meta ecosystem, exploring formats like Reels, Stories, Advantage+ Shopping, and Lead Ads.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, analytics, and sales teams to ensure fully aligned and integrated campaign planning.

Execution & Optimization:

- Independently set up, launch, monitor, and scale Meta ad campaigns across various funnels (e.g., awareness, consideration, conversion).

- Define precise targeting logic and work closely with creative teams to develop highly engaging, scroll-stopping ad assets.

- Conduct rigorous A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages to optimize performance.

- Regularly monitor performance dashboards (e.g., Ads Manager, GA4) to drive data-informed decisions and agile campaign adjustments.

- Manage daily budget pacing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation to maximize campaign efficiency.

- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to expand reach and improve conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and report comprehensively on campaign performance against set targets, focusing on key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPM, and CAC.

- Set up and validate critical events using Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and other attribution tools to ensure accurate data capture.

- Prepare insightful weekly and monthly performance reviews, presenting clear actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

- Conduct deep-dive analysis into campaign data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Market & Platform Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices.

- Research competitor ad strategies and identify market trends to inform campaign development.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure ad experiences are seamless and conversion-optimized.

- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Meta Ads Platform Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, ad set optimization, and ad creation across various objectives.

- Performance Marketing Metrics: Deep understanding of key performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate.

- Audience Targeting: Expertise in defining and implementing advanced audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and detailed targeting.

- A/B Testing & Optimization: Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.

- Attribution & Tracking: Strong knowledge of Facebook Pixel implementation, Conversions API, and event validation.

- Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for comprehensive campaign tracking and reporting.

- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex campaign data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.

- Creative Collaboration: Ability to provide clear, data-driven feedback to creative teams for asset optimization.

- Budget Management: Experience managing and optimizing significant advertising budgets to achieve ROI goals.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
