Job Overview:

HappyLocate, a leading employee relocation company, is seeking a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role focuses on planning, executing, and scaling international Google Ads campaigns for our pet relocation services. Campaign Management & Execution:

- Plan, execute, and scale international Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.

- Drive high-quality lead generation specifically for international pet relocation services in priority markets such as the US, UAE, UK, Singapore, and Australia.

- Conduct geo-specific keyword research, audience segmentation, and implement custom bidding strategies based on country-specific market insights.

Ad Creative & Optimization:

- Create and rigorously test regionally relevant ad copies and landing pages, ensuring clear Call-to-Actions (CTAs) tailored for pet parents relocating across borders.

- Manage budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for key metrics like lead quality, CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and conversion rate across diverse international markets.

Collaboration & Tracking:

- Collaborate closely with content, design, and operations teams to align messaging, adhere to local regulations, and capitalize on seasonal demand (e.g., summer travel surges).

- Ensure accurate campaign tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools to monitor the entire user funnel.

- Regularly report on campaign performance, highlighting country-specific insights and areas for improvement.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, international market trends, and competitor strategies within the pet relocation or travel industries.

Qualifications:

- MBA in a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with at least 1-2 years specifically focused on international markets.

- Proven success in running lead generation campaigns for high-ticket services or cross-border offerings.

- Deep understanding of keyword intent, geo-targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and CRM systems for comprehensive campaign tracking and reporting.

- Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for lead quality over mere volume.
