Role Overview:

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can blend brand marketing with Content Creation.

In this role, you'll lead the team that creates ad creatives and spearhead new marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Creative Thinking: Ideate and execute insight-driven campaigns to boost HappyLocate's visibility and trust among international relocating pet parents.

- Campaign Ownership: Own end-to-end ideation and execution of social campaigns, video storytelling, brand partnerships, and more.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, marketers, and founders to ensure brand consistency and campaign impact.

- Strategic & Brand-Focused: Maintain consistent messaging across formats and optimize user journeys to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

- Performance Insights: Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness and iterate strategies based on real-time data.

- Audience-Driven Strategy: Build narratives that resonate with relocating pet parents by leveraging psychographic insights.

- Messaging Development: Craft sharp, emotional messaging for landing pages, ads, scripts, influencer briefs, and brand stories.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years in creative strategy or brand marketing for consumer brands, with strong interest in aesthetics', testing, and audience targeting.

- Creative thinker with a good feeling of aesthetics' and willingness to learn - turns complex ideas into engaging campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing teams.

- Strong eye for design and content; experienced in cross-functional collaboration with designers, video editors and performance marketing team .

- Data-driven and hands-on; skilled in tools to analyse creatives is a bonus.
