Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and PR Consultant to plan and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive student enrolments, and strengthen our institutions public image.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-channel campaigns, public relations activities, and regional marketing initiatives within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional and business-specific marketing strategies across multiple platforms (digital, print, outdoor, events).

- Design and implement media plans and campaigns to build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- Coordinate PR initiatives, including press releases, media relations, events, and community outreach activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, academics, operations) to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with institutional goals.

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Support regional and local marketing activities, including school tie-ups, exhibitions, and events.

- Manage vendor coordination, media agencies, and creative partners for timely execution of marketing deliverables.

- Track and report region-wise and business-wise marketing performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, PR, and communication materials.

- Stay updated on education market trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Business Administration.

- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or PR, preferably in the education industry.

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media management, and event marketing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems).
