Job Summary:
- We are seeking an energetic, results-driven professional to join our team as Manager - Corporate Tie-ups, Alliances & Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and relationship management. This role focuses on identifying, building, and nurturing collaborations with corporate organizations, institutions, and industry partners to drive growth and mutual value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership and alliance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify potential corporate and institutional partners for collaborations, sponsorships, and learning alliances.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to design and implement joint initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report partnership performance and ROI.
- Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners.
- Address and resolve partnership challenges to maintain strong business relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to identify future collaboration opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in partnership management, alliances, or corporate tie-ups, preferably in the education, training, or services sector.
- Strong negotiation and business networking skills with experience in stakeholder management.
