Role: Technical Project Manager
Experience: 12-18 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Technical Manager, providing direction to development teams on solution design, architecture, and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineering Teams for solution alignment.
- Drive project planning, estimation, tracking, and reporting across all phases.
- Define and manage project success criteria (scope, cost, quality, timelines, and performance).
- Manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies proactively.
- Identify and eliminate team impediments to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure strong stakeholder communication, project governance, and status visibility.
- Lead client interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and delivery confidence.
- Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 12-18 years of IT experience with minimum 3+ years in Project Management / Delivery roles.
- Strong technical foundation with background in development or solution design (Java, .NET, or similar).
- Proven ability to operate as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
- Should have executed on Fixed price project end to end.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Should have experience in using Gen AI Tools.
- Should have managed FPP or Fixed capacity projects.
- Should have experience in managing the external customers.
- Should have experience in application development skills.
