Role: Senior Executive-L&D
Experience: 5-8 yrs
Location: Bangalore(Madiwala-4 days from office and 1-day WFH)
- Partner with global business and learning teams to analyze needs related to English fluency, voice modulation, accent neutralization, soft skills, and behavioural competencies aligned with business and client requirements.
- Design, develop, and facilitate culturally adaptive training programs for IT professionals across regions, balancing strong classroom/virtual facilitation with digital learning design.
- Create and digitize high-quality learning content, leveraging AI and modern authoring tools to build scalable, engaging modules for diverse audiences.
- Serve as the internal expert in English language, voice & accent, and behavioral training, while mentoring internal trainers and supporting capability building.
- Continuously enhance learning modules by integrating blended methodologies, microlearning, and AI-enabled personalization to maximize impact.
- Manage branding, communication, and engagement strategies for L&D initiatives targeting global teams and leadership.
- Measure and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and business alignment.
- Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery in hybrid and virtual environments.
