Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed regional targets
- Engage with C-level executives on both business and technology aspects to help shape their digital roadmap and position the Arttha product suite and digital technology services
- Mine the existing client base to position Happiest Minds across multiple business and technology units for incremental growth
- Collaborate closely with product and solutions teams to drive sales across identified opportunities
- Partner with marketing teams to drive campaigns and regional events aimed at increasing brand awareness and recognition
- Provide inputs to Product Management on annual product plans and new product rollouts by analyzing technology advancements and market trends
Required Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience working in Africa, with strong understanding of regional cultural and business nuances
- Solid knowledge of digital banking, lending, and payments trends in FinTech, including cloud-based banking services across the continent
- Established relationships within the region to generate opportunities in Financial Services and Telecom industries
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience leading and working with teams
Proven sales closure and negotiation skills:
- Self-driven, resilient, and ready for challenges
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience in financial services software solutions within Africa
- Proven ability to engage senior management, identify challenges, and provide effective solutions at both strategic and operational levels
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from a recognized institution (preferred)
