Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager Healthcare to lead the development and delivery of innovative healthcare solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with deep domain expertise and a passion for transforming healthcare through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and healthcare industry standards.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.

- Agile Product Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features through close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA.

- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all product features comply with relevant healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and other regional standards.

- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging trends in healthcare technology and incorporate insights into product planning and innovation.

- Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches, customer onboarding, and feedback loops.

- Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to refine product features, enhance user experience, and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Medical graduate or MBA in Hospital Management.

- 14-20 years of experience, with significant exposure to healthcare product development.

- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies; certifications preferred.

- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, workflows, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate complex healthcare needs into scalable product solutions.
