ROLE : Manager - Growth and New Initiatives (Fleet Xpress) LOCATION : Bangalore YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 0.5 - 2 year About FleetXpress : Fleet Xpress is an automated expense management solution helping fleet operators go completely cashless and paperless. With annual transactions of over $500M on the Fleet Xpress platform, we are on a steep growth curve to capture the rapidly growing logistics expense market. Roles and Responsibility : Responsibilities : - Operationalise the Fuel Partnership with OMCs and achieve targets - Operationalise the FasTag partnership and achieve targets - Explore alternate credit models in the logistics domain on fuel, etc. - Extending the current product to work with 3PL players/brokers/aggregators - Exploring partnerships for Marketplace services - Exploring OEM channels - Extending the product vision to exhaustively cover all avenues of a transporterâ€™s expense - E-way bill, vendor payments, etc. Eligibility : - At least 0.5-2 years of work experience - Tier-1 college - Prior entrepreneurial/early-stage startup exposure - Great communication and problem solving skills
