About the Company:
Hanu Reddy Realty is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Mysore Branch as Resident Vice President. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving the growth and success of our operations in Pune.
About the Role: Vice President (Real Estate sales) Pune Branch.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Pune branch, ensuring smooth functioning and growth.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of realtors and office staff.
- Continuously monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Oversee and authorize branch accounts and payments with strict compliance and transparency.
- Plan and conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports to senior management covering branch activities, market trends, and major deals.
- Actively participate in deal negotiations and support the team to close transactions across various segments.
- Uphold and promote company values, ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism within the branch.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate or any luxury sales.
- Experience in new property/project sales, preferably with a leading developer or real estate company.
- Strong and detailed knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals across one or more segments: residential, commercial, retail, or warehouse.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and the team.
- Passionate about business growth and team development, with a hands-on approach to managing operations.
