About The Role:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team in Pune.

Play a key role in overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, managing statutory compliances, handling expense accounting, and collaborating with auditors, bankers, and external vendors.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of payroll operations and accounts payable tasks while contributing to reporting, audits, and financial controls.

You will also support upcoming projects including ERP transformation and MIS expansion.

About You:

You are a detail-oriented finance professional with 5+ years of experience in payroll and accounts payable.

You Have:

- A solid command of Tally and are highly proficient in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.

- Excellent knowledge of Indian tax laws and payroll regulations (EPF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, TDS, GST).

- Experience in the IT/Global MNC sector that sets you apart.

- Fluent communication skills that make you a trusted liaison across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll processing in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

- Handle employee reimbursements, payroll inputs, variance reports, and bonus provisions.

- Ensure statutory payouts, labour compliances (EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, MLWF), and tax accuracy.

- Maintain vendor agreements, track ageing reports, and perform TDS reconciliations.

- Oversee audit preparation, data integrity for appraisals, and monthly reporting.

- Support ERP (Tally and D365) implementation and general compliance activities.
