Primary Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the team that creates an effective Quantitative research strategy.
- Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth (includes new business development efforts).
- Cultivate strong &effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients.
- Ensures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy.
- Should be responsible for Team Management & Development.
- To lead own, manage and drive delivery of projects.
- Collaboration with the Global/regional Research & Support teams.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
- Proven expertise in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG sector or across sectors.
- Good Analytical Skills & Problem-solving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualification: Post Graduation or any Equivalent degree.
Experience required: 8-10 years of prior Market Research Experience with wellknown organizations.
