Looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our dynamic sales team.
The Sales person will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our suite of data-driven marketing and customer experience solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to effectively position Hansa Cequity's solutions and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and technology, to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific requirements and deliver measurable business value.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects and clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Hansa Cequity's offerings and differentiate them from competitors in the market.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure.
- Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline developments using CRM tools or other designated systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team on market insights and opportunities for product or service enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support, delivery, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to maximize collective success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the marketing services, data analytics, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing concepts, CRM systems, and digital technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
