Specialist - Digital Marketing


Job Description:


DIGITAL STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:

- Oversee and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display/retargeting, and social media.

- Develop and implement inbound marketing programs to generate sales-qualified leads and incremental revenue.

- Launch and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & OPTIMIZATION:

- Create and manage marketing content including advertising, white papers, articles, emails, short-form content, social media posts, and presentation decks.

- Collaborate with content teams to optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for SEO.

- Map content to the customer buying journey and support complex sales processes, targeting OEM design engineers.

WEBSITE & SEO MANAGEMENT:

- Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms (e.

Sitecore, AEM, Drupal).

- Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine performance.

- Ensure website UX, speed, and responsiveness are optimized.

ANALYTICS & REPORTING:

- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console.

- Deliver routine analytics and KPIs to senior management, including ROI calculations and competitive benchmarking.

- Collaborating on the analysis of competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions

STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION:

- Work closely with product managers, sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies.

- Support product positioning and messaging for both existing and new product launches.

- Assist with event marketing, including strategy, collateral, and promotions.

MARKETING AUTOMATION & DATABASE MANAGEMENT:

- Oversee marketing automation initiatives to nurture leads and shape market perceptions.

- Manage database marketing efforts and ensure compliance with company marketing policies.

- Other duties as assigned.

We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and website management.

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, Bing Ads, and CMS platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
