Responsibilities: - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the ROI of all earned, owned, and paid media. - Creation, implementation, and continual optimisation of the company's digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn etc) in line with Marketing strategy and budget. - Optimisation of the company website, developing user experience and content where required, whilst driving SEO and SEM. - Management of company social media channels including content planning, scheduling, and posting, plus community management, A/B testing, monitoring, and reporting on performance. - Owning the content schedule/posting of the company blog with ongoing SEO enhancement. - Creation, implementation, and evaluation of the company's e-blast campaigns. - Report on monthly digital advertising and social media performance against targets, ensuring optimisation of channels and spend. - Liaise with the Marketing Communications Manager, product managers and graphic designers to ensure clear direction as part of campaign set-up. - Keep relevant stakeholders including the sales team up to speed with campaign status, engaging with key internal customers and hosting training where necessary. - Report on wider campaign results i.e. lead generation from promotions and URL trackingf experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
