We are seeking a visionary and strategic Regional Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion across the assigned region.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of leadership, stakeholder management, and business development skills.

Key Objectives:

- Develop and execute a regional expansion strategy in alignment with company goals.

- Identify new market opportunities and untapped segments within the region.

- Work closely with corporate teams to implement regional initiatives and KPIs.

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

- Generate leads and develop partnerships with key stakeholders, channel partners, and corporate clients.

- Drive new business acquisition through presentations, market pitches, and strategic proposals.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Sales & Performance Management:

- Set regional sales targets and monitor progress.

- Analyze regional trends and competitor activities to optimize strategy.

- Oversee regional P&L and ensure achievement of revenue, profit, and margin targets.

Operations & Market Execution:

- Ensure smooth execution of operations in the region, including logistics and customer fulfillment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, HR, and Customer Support.

- Monitor and ensure adherence to operational standards and compliance.

Team Management & Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional team.

- Provide mentoring, regular feedback, and career development support to team members.

- Foster a performance-oriented culture and drive accountability at all levels
