
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring that all systems and processes are efficient.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition operations
- Responsible for conducting the screening and interview to ratify the data on the candidates resume.
- Also assess the fitment into the company from the values and cultural aspect.
- Conduct the initial first level cultural fit and competency level interview.
- Work on the compensation and the negotiation of the final offer to the candidate.
- Engage with the candidate till the joining.
- Analysis data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Lead and mentor a team of TAS professionals in operational aspect, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and prepare regular reports/ MIS on recruitment activities and outcomes for senior management.
- Champion initiatives that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Responsible to handle recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.) to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and process automation.

- Ability to communicate and work with hiring managers and supervisors from diverse group companies across globe.
- Proficiency in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Ability to understand and construct JDs across diverse business/functions.
- Ability to leverage recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM) to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
- Ability to make a positive impact on potential candidates.
- Ability to build relations and work with external agencies effectively.
- Strong ability to assess talent quality from resumes, interviews, and other evaluation methods.
- Ability to make a positive impact on potential candidates and hiring by providing a seamless and engaging recruitment experience.
Academic Qualification:
- Post-Graduation in the relevant field.
Experience:
- Work experience: 9 to 12 years
