The Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple functions, driving recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent for Global Capability Centre in Bangalore. Will leverage the experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. Role and Responsibilities: - Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization. - Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units by building talent pipeline for key roles in the organization & closely partnering with HR Business Partners and Business leaders - Create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy for talent needs of the business & drive end to end recruitment process of given mandates with effective source mix, SLA and quality parameters - Champion external employer branding efforts on sourcing channels including job portals & social media - Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HRBPs. - Manage all recruitment related compliances and onboarding of new joiners - Bringing insights from benchmarking, competition analysis, recruitment dashboards and propose solutions to tackle any hiring challenges Qualification and Experience: - Master's degree in HR/HRM/IR/Management or related field. - 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends. - Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
