Our Consumer Healthcare business develops and markets consumer preferred and expert recommended brands in the Oral health, Pain relief, Respiratory, Gastro intestinal and Skin health categories. Whats in it for you?:

The primary purpose of a Regional Customer Marketing Manager is to design, develop and deliver the Go to Market strategy & plans for respective region. This includes identifying and pursuing product go-to-market process, plan timelines, launch scenarios, pricing and promotions, undertake constant competitor analysis. Develop a detailed knowledge of the markets actual needs and create and implement solutions. The role reports to Regional Head and is the key member of his team. Role also has indirect reporting to respective leads for Commercial Excellence and Customer Marketing.

The role will also work closely with other regional team and members of Commercial Excellence team to both draw inspiration and get their expertise/support to build and execute future thinking for the geography. The expectation is also to envisage to incubate business ideas for future hence the incumbent must come with strong business and growth mindset with both current and future business perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution Excellence:

- Drive regional initiatives to deliver overall business objectives with the help of Area Sales Managers in the Region.

- Build Innovations (NPIs) business as per agreed plan

- Deliver G2N & NFRS as per agreed budget

- Build operating rhythm around entire core commercial cycle deliver FC accuracy at region level within agreed limits

- Ensure seamless adoption of DMS/ SFA across Distributor points

- Strategic Thinking: Building our brand love with shoppers & consumers through best-in-class visibility & impactful activations across relevant channels

- Stakeholder Management: Work with HO Customer marketing teams, Brand teams, Demand Planning & Commercial Excellence team to deliver the required objectives on distribution, visibility & growth

- Capability Building: Work with senior executives to build their capability & develop talent pipeline for better succession planning.

Requirements:

- MBA from a Premier B School

- 6+ years of which at least 2 years will be as a first line sales manager in consumer industry. It would be preferred if the incumbent is handling similar role.
